3. Data Usage Policy

• Unlimited data plans are subject to a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) to ensure equitable access for all users.
• Excessive or unreasonable usage may result in speed reductions or additional charges.

4. Service Availability and Interruptions

• We strive to provide uninterrupted service but are not liable for disruptions caused by unforeseen events, including natural disasters, technical failures, or third-party actions.
• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance to minimize inconvenience.

5. Termination and Suspension

• Services can be terminated by either party with 30 days’ prior notice.
• Immediate termination may occur in cases of policy violations, non-payment, or misuse of services.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Wyris Networks is not responsible for direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
